Preseason Girls Basketball Schedule:

Open Gyms (All Levels 7-12th grade)

Location: Osseo HS main gym 

October 2nd, 9th,16th,23rd,30th

Wednesdays 6:00-8:00pm 

*coaches will be present to open gyms but will not be instructing. the format will be pick up games or free shooting at baskets)

 

Lifting/Conditioning (JV/VARSITY RETURNING/NEW PLAYERS*11th or 12th graders)

Location: Osseo Weight Room

October 2nd - November 1st

Wednesday & Friday 2:30-4:00pm

* Coach Vonte will be leading the team workouts 

 

MN Breakdown Fall League 

Location: Park Cottage Grove High School

JV/V - 10 returning players 

Games will be Sundays: October 13, 20, 27 & November 3rd

*Game times will be sent out a week before the 1st week of games.

 

Preseason JV/V WORKOUTS

Monday, November 4th - Saturday, November 9th 

2:30pm - 4:30pm

*hired strength and conditioning coach will be running the sessions.

Location: Osseo Main Gym

2:30 - 4:30pm

10th/11th/12th (B/JV/Varsity)

Monday, November 11th -Tuesday, November 12th 

Location: Osseo Main Gym

2:30 - 5pm 

*Teams will posted Wednesday, November 13th

Parent Meeting - MANDATORY FOR ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS & PLAYERS
